We’ve been providing trusted telephone answering services since 2000, building strong relationships and a reputation for reliability. Many of our clients have been with us from the very beginning — a reflection of our commitment to consistent, high-quality service.
In April 2024, sisters Becky and Cheryl took over the business following the retirement of Angela Arthur, our long-time director and a former BT professional. Angela’s expertise was instrumental in building the foundations of That’s My Call, and her guidance continues to influence our operations today.
With over two decades of industry experience, we remain dedicated to offering a service that is professional, confidential, and truly reliable. Your business calls are in capable hands with us.

Hi, I’m Becky — and I’ve been part of this company since 2001.
Working with Angela for over 20 years has been both a joy and a privilege. What I love most about this job is the variety: one moment I’m the voice of a solicitor’s office, the next I’m booking appointments for a local tradesperson. No two calls are ever the same!
I’m passionate about communication — I thrive on solving problems, speaking with people from all walks of life, and creating positive first impressions for our clients. When Angela asked me to take over the business, I was honoured. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a passion.
